FAQ
About Terabot
What is Terabot?
Terabot gives businesses digital workers: AI workers that each have their own computer and do real work, such as following up leads, answering customers and doing admin, around the clock. Terabot is in private preview and open by invitation.
What is a digital worker?
A digital worker is an AI that does a job, not just a chat. You give it a task in plain words and it carries it out in your apps, step by step, and reports back.
What does "its own computer" mean?
Each Terabot worker runs on its own private virtual machine, a computer in the cloud. It can open a browser, sign in to apps, click and type, so it can work in apps that have no integration.
How is Terabot different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. A Terabot worker completes tasks: it opens your apps, does the steps and finishes the job, then tells you what it did.
Does it really work 24 hours a day?
Yes. A digital worker has no working day, so it keeps going at night, on weekends and on public holidays. How much it does each month depends on the AI and computer usage in your plan.
How much does Terabot cost?
Terabot is a monthly plan: Basic, Pro, Max or Enterprise. Every plan includes unlimited digital workers; plans differ by how much AI and computer usage they include. Prices are announced at launch.
How do I get access?
Request an invitation on this site. Invitations are sent in batches during the private preview.
Who is behind Terabot?

FAQ
About the sales worker
Does the sales worker use my CRM?
Yes. It signs in to the CRM you already use, on its own computer, the same way a new staff member would, so you don't need to change tools.
Will it send messages without me?
You decide. You can check its messages before they go out, or let it send routine follow-ups on its own once you trust them.
Can it book meetings?
Yes. It offers times from your calendar and books the meeting when the lead chooses one.
FAQ
About the support worker
What if a customer asks something it doesn't know?
It hands the conversation to your team with a summary of what the customer needs, instead of guessing.
Which channels can it answer?
Any channel your team answers from a computer, such as email, web chat and messaging apps used on the web.
Does it work on public holidays?
Yes. A digital worker doesn't take leave, so customers get answers at any hour.
FAQ
About the back office worker
Can it work with my accounting software?
If your team uses it on a computer, a Terabot worker can use it too, because it works through the same screens a person does.
What happens with unusual cases?
It flags them for a person with the details, instead of guessing.
Do I need to change my processes?
No. It follows the steps your team already uses, in the apps you already have.
FAQ
About the computer use worker
What is a computer-use worker?
It is a digital worker that operates its own computer: it sees the screen, moves the mouse and types, so it can use apps the way a person does.
Why does each worker need its own computer?
Because a lot of business work happens in apps without integrations. With its own computer, the worker can do that work directly, at any hour, without borrowing someone's machine.
Is there a limit on working hours?
There is no working-day limit. How much it can do each month depends on the AI and computer usage in your plan.
